1. Take Photos:
   - Snap clear pictures of:
     - The damaged box 
     - The condition of the plants 

 
2. Email Us:
   - Send the photos to healingplants366@gmail.com.
   - Include your name, order number, and a brief description of the damage.

 
3. We’ll Process Your Request:
   - Our Plant Recovery Department will review your information and expedite your replacement.

 
4. Wait for Your Replacement:
   - We’re working hard to send you a healthy plant as soon as possible!
